About KPlus TV Media
Since 2014, KPlus TV has tracked what airs, when it airs, and whether it is worth your evening. We are 11 critics, 6 regional correspondents, and a 15-minute data refresh — built for viewers who refuse to settle for guesswork.
A newsroom for the screen, not the algorithm.
Origin story
KPlus TV began as a side project between two former NTV producers who were tired of arguing about whether a show had aired at 21:35 or 21:40. They built a simple grid for the channels they watched at home. By 2017, the grid had become a full editorial operation: critics writing daily, regional correspondents checking local schedules, a methodology page that explained — line by line — how the data was sourced.
The publication grew because the audience grew tired of generic international TV listings that treated Russian-language programming as an afterthought. We indexed every federal broadcaster and every regional network we could verify. We refreshed the schedule every fifteen minutes against the original EPG feed of each channel. We published corrections within hours when broadcasters shifted their programming.
Today, KPlus TV Media serves 3.1 million unique visitors every month from 92 countries — a Moscow-based newsroom of 11 full-time TV critics and 6 regional correspondents, audited at a 99.4% schedule-accuracy match by an independent media lab in 2024. We are independent, we are sharp, and we answer the phone.
